Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 18, 2026

The short version

Mine Eliminator records your game data — results, statistics, play time, and settings — and keeps it entirely on your device; that data is never sent off your device. The app has no accounts, no analytics, and no crash reporting. It does show ads through Google AdMob, which means Google receives limited device information (such as your IP address and device identifiers) in order to deliver those ads. The ads are non‑personalized, and if you are in the EEA or UK you are asked for your choice on first launch. Details are below.

This policy explains how Mine Eliminator (the "app") handles your information. It applies to the mobile app published on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.

What the app stores on your device

To let you play and review your progress, the app keeps the following in a private database on your device:

  • Game results (win or loss, completion time, difficulty level)
  • Game statistics (games played, squares revealed, and similar counts)
  • Play time
  • Game settings, preferences, and any custom difficulty configurations

This information exists only in the app's local storage on your device so that you can see your own history and statistics. It is not transmitted anywhere, and no one — including the developer — can access it remotely. Uninstalling the app removes this data. You can also erase your game history and statistics at any time from within the app, using the Reset All Statistics option on the Statistics screen.

What leaves your device

Your game data — results, statistics, play time, and settings — never leaves your device. None of it is transmitted anywhere, the app requires no account, and it asks for no personal information such as your name or email address.

The one exception is advertising. To show ads, the app uses Google AdMob, and to deliver an ad Google receives limited technical information — such as your device's IP address (which gives an approximate, city‑level location), device and operating‑system type, and ad‑related identifiers. See the Advertising section below. The app itself contains no analytics or crash‑reporting software and does not build its own profile of you.

Data sharing

Your on‑device game data is never shared — it does not leave your device. The only third party that receives any information is Google, through the AdMob advertising service, and only the limited technical data needed to show ads (see Advertising). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Advertising

Mine Eliminator is free and supported by ads shown through Google AdMob. To deliver ads, Google collects and processes limited information from your device, which may include your IP address (used to infer an approximate, city‑level location), device and operating‑system details, and advertising identifiers, together with basic data about the ads you see (for example, that an ad was shown or tapped, and how often).

The app requests non‑personalized ads: ads are not tailored using a profile built from your interests or your activity across other apps and websites. Non‑personalized ads still use the limited data above (such as coarse location and frequency capping) to choose and display an ad.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app presents a consent choice on first launch through Google's consent tool. You can review how Google handles this data in the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

A future version may offer a paid option to remove ads; if it is added, this policy will be updated to describe it.

Children's privacy

Mine Eliminator is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. Your game data stays on your device, and the ads shown are non‑personalized. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

A note about future versions

A future version of Mine Eliminator may add an optional feature to back up or sync your game data across devices. That feature is not part of the current version, and no data leaves your device today. If such a feature is added, it will be opt‑in, and this policy will be updated to describe it before it ships.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and post the revised policy on this page.
